🕒 Appointments & Arrival

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or have services adjusted based on availability.

Walk-ins are always welcome and will be accommodated based on technician availability.

Please check in with the front desk and confirm your services upon arrival.

Arrive with clean hands and feet to help maintain our hygienic environment.

If you plan to bring a guest, please notify us in advance so we can prepare adequate seating.
💅 Service Guidelines

Be sure to communicate your desired services before your appointment begins so we can tailor your experience.

If you’ve booked with a specific technician, that technician will perform your service. Any changes must be agreed upon by you, the technician, and salon management.

Please inform your technician of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service.

Nail art or specialty designs must be requested at the time of booking to ensure appropriate timing.

We offer a 5-day service guarantee for minor touch-ups. Simply contact us within this window, and we’ll be happy to help.

While we do not offer refunds on completed services, we welcome your feedback and are committed to making it right if something isn’t perfect. Please speak with the front desk before leaving the salon.
📱 Salon Etiquette

To maintain a peaceful environment for all, please keep phone calls and conversations at a respectful volume.

For everyone’s comfort, we ask that you refrain from eating inside the salon.

Please do not visit the salon if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

We are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all guests and team members.
👶 Children & Safety

Children are always welcome but must remain under adult supervision at all times.

Parents and guardians are fully responsible for their child’s safety and behavior while in the salon.

Children receiving services must remain seated and follow instructions from our team to ensure a safe and pleasant experience.
📅 Cancellations, No-Shows & Deposits

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a non-refundable $15 deposit for future appointments. This deposit will be applied to your service if completed as scheduled.

Group bookings (3 or more guests) may also require a deposit or a card on file.
💳 Payments & Gratitude

We accept cash, debit, digital payments, and all major credit cards. Tips are always appreciated and can be given in cash or added to your card payment at checkout.
🚫 Right to Refuse Service

Glitz & Glam reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who displays disrespectful behavior, violates salon policies, or poses a risk to the health and safety of others.
