Do I need an appointment?

While we welcome walk-ins, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure you get your preferred time slot and technician. Appointments receive priority service.

What's your policy for Sunday visits?

Sundays are walk-in only from 11:00am to 5:00pm. We cannot guarantee availability for specific services or technicians on Sundays without an appointment.

 

How far in advance should I book?

For regular services, we recommend booking 2-3 days in advance. For weekends or special occasions (holidays, proms, weddings), we suggest booking 1-2 weeks ahead.

 

Can I request a specific nail technician?

Yes! When booking your appointment, simply mention your preferred technician, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

What is your cancellation policy?

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or requirement for a deposit on future bookings.

Is tipping expected?

Tipping is appreciated but not required. If you enjoyed your service, a standard tip is 15-20% of your service cost.

Are children allowed in the salon?

Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. We offer kid-friendly nail services for children under 12.

How long should my manicure/pedicure last?

• Regular polish: 5-7 days with proper care

• Gel polish: 2-3 weeks

• Dip powder: 3-4 weeks

• Acrylics: 2-3 weeks before needing a fill

 

How do I care for my nails between appointments?

• Wear gloves when cleaning or doing dishes

• Use cuticle oil daily

• Avoid using your nails as tools

• Apply hand lotion regularly

• Avoid harsh chemicals that can weaken your nails

 

What should I do if a nail breaks or lifts?

Please contact us right away to schedule a quick repair. Attempting to fix it yourself may cause further damage or infection.

How often should I get a fill for my acrylics or SNS?

We recommend getting a fill every 2-3 weeks to maintain the health and appearance of your nails.
